April + Jake | Angels Rest, OR | Engagement

I got to do one of the most amazing photo shoots. My lovely friend April was proposed to by her boyfriend, Jake, at the top of Angel’s Rest in the Columbia Gorge. I was so honored to be there to photograph these magical, beautiful moments. April was completely surprised – Jake had asked me to make up a story about needing some Columbia Gorge photos in my portfolio, so for all April knew, we were just out for a fun hike and photo shoot (in the rain). Did I mention that it was pouring down rain? :) The damp weather didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits. I love these images because of how incredibly happy and in love they both look – rain or no rain.
